Payroll Deduction

Employees can now contribute to the IU1 Educational Foundation through payroll deduction which is an easy and simple way to make an impact.

How it Works:

1. You chose the amount you would like deducted from every paycheck.

2. Click the PDF icon at the bottom of the page to open the payroll deduction form in a new tab.

3. Complete the payroll deduction form and return it to Michael Llewellyn at michael.llewellyn@iu1.org. 

4. Your contribution is automatically deducted from each paycheck on the next applicable pay period. 

5. You may adjust or discontinue your contribution at any time.
